Payment Agreements

When a taxpayer is unable to fully satisfy his or her federal tax
account, an installment payment agreement may be considered.
The terms of an agreement are specified in the agreement and are
determined by a taxpayer's ability to pay. Agreements may also
be entered into with the employer withholding wages and making
payments for the taxpayer.
